- Pre-orders ship by the date shown on the product page. If anything changes, we'll email you right away and you can cancel for a full refund.
- Every jar is packed to arrive safely. Please refrigerate your gel when it arrives.
- You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Because sea moss gel is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened jars. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
