Refund policy

Because IMANI sea moss gel is a perishable food product, we can't accept returns of opened jars.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders: email us at essenceplug@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Pre-orders: you can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. If we can't ship by the date shown on the product page, we'll email you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Subscriptions: you can skip, pause or cancel any time before your next billing date. See our subscription cancellation policy.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
